For sale 2001 Triumph Bonneville 790 upgraded to 902cc with Wiseco big bore Kit. 12 months MOT Full Service History including details of all the professional custom work carried out on the machine. Details: Norman Hyde 902 Wiseco Big bore Kit, Rubber gaiters, Chrome headlight grill, Shortened front fender, Norman Hyde 1” Western bars, Detachable fly screen, Small RPM gauge, Monza Chrome filler cap, Chrome Tank Luggage Rack, Pretech 6 pot front brake Caliper, Floating front Disc, Norman Hyde High Flow Intake Bellmouth, Norman Hyde 19T gear sprocket, Norman Hyde Steering Damper, Ikon rear suspension, Twin Mecatwin silencers (copies)as used on their Bonneville TT, (these are straight through steel copies professionally made in the UK). Loud Peashooter silencers will also come with the bike. The carburettors have had the NH Stage one dynojet kit and the main jets have been adjusted to 128. The bike is garaged and is only used in dry weather, never been dropped and has had only two owners from new. Total mileage is 16000 although the big bore was completed at 12000 miles so really it’s just run in. For the year it is in excellent condition and goes like a proverbial “bat out of hell”. You will not find another Triumph Bonneville like this in the UK; the Mecatwin copies give the bike a very distinct roar that will have motorists looking in their mirrors as you approach and fellow bike riders wandering who the nutter is on the Bonneville catching them up! Alternatively if like me and getting on a bit in years, be prepared to talk “Triumphs” because I guarantee you will ride through town almost embarrassed at the amount of gushing attention you will receive from ex Triumph owners/admirers.
