Very rare XZ550 V-Twin. In fantastic original condition.

This bike has been in a Museum in Germany for the last 10 or 12 years. It has covered only just over 15000km (approx 10000mls)I doubt you will find another in this condition outside of a collection.

A rare bike in it's day and even more so now. This would make an instant useable classic or a great addition to a Yamaha collection. A landmark bike in it's day but outpriced and outsold by the Honda CX500. Early versions suffered from poor carburation and a tendancy to leak water! This later model was cured of these problems but by the time this happened it was too late for it to compete.

This bike is completely standard and in mint condition. Runs great, nearly new tyres and taxed and tested until December 2011. Downsides are: A couple of tiny stone chips on tank and the standard silencers although looking good on the pictures are rotten inside and have been plated underneath. It will however come with a brand new Black 2 into 2 system. Some a bit different that you won't see every day. Please call for further information or to arrange viewing. PX WELCOME CLASSIC OR MODERN.
